About DELTARUNE

DELTARUNE opens in a place that looks normal, then quietly pulls you somewhere else. You follow Kris into the Dark World, where nothing quite behaves the way you expect, even if it reminds you of UNDERTALE.

You Don’t Fight Alone

Kris isn’t on their own. Susie and Ralsei join in, and every battle becomes a group effort. You decide what each person does—attack, defend, cast spells, or try something less direct.

Fight… or Don’t

You can swing weapons and end battles the usual way, or slow things down and use ACT to figure enemies out. Sometimes talking, joking, or doing something odd is what actually wins the fight. It’s not always obvious, but that’s part of it.

When It’s Your Turn to Dodge

Enemy attacks don’t just land—you have to avoid them. A small heart moves through patterns of bullets, and staying alive depends on how well you read what’s coming. Getting close without getting hit builds TP, which you’ll need for stronger actions.

More Than a Simple Story

There’s something strange about control here. The red soul moves when you do, but Kris doesn’t always feel like they belong to you. The game leans into that idea, quietly reminding you that you might not be fully in charge.

Built in Chapters, Piece by Piece

The story unfolds over time, with chapters released separately. Each one adds more to the world, new characters, and more questions than answers. You can save along the way, but the feeling that something bigger is happening never really goes away.
