The game begins in a cold crypt with very little explanation. You’re a newly risen vampire, confused, starving, and surrounded by stone walls that suggest someone buried you and forgot to leave instructions. The first task is simple: find blood and survive long enough to build something resembling a vampire operation.

From Crypt to Empire

Blood Coven slowly grows from a desperate medieval existence into something far larger. Early on, you’re digging crude crypts and sending thralls to hunt in nearby villages. Centuries later, your influence stretches into cities, corporations, and suspiciously successful nightlife businesses where humans willingly line up outside the door.

Building a Dark Network

Along the way, you construct hunting grounds, bone pits, and other less-than-wholesome facilities. Thralls join your ranks (some more willingly than others), and research into forbidden knowledge unlocks new ways to expand your power.

Seven Centuries of Questionable Decisions

History keeps moving whether mortals like it or not. The Inquisition shows up at inconvenient times, wars create opportunities, and strange events like blood moons or hunter raids can disrupt your plans.

Immortality With a Sense of Humor

Even vampires need breaks, which is where Torpor comes in—a prestige system that lets you reset stronger after centuries of chaos. Meanwhile, a chronicle records every terrible decision you’ve made, just in case you feel nostalgic about your long career in evil.
