About Krillion

Ever noticed how the first answer that pops into your head is usually the same one everyone else would give? That's exactly where Krillion gets interesting. This trivia game isn't impressed by popular answers. It wants the strange little facts you picked up somewhere, the names most people have forgotten, and those oddly specific bits of knowledge that rarely come in handy. Until now, at least.

25 Seconds to Think Outside the Box

A Daily Dive comes with seven questions, and you get 25 seconds to enter one answer for each. There's no room to throw in a list of guesses. You need to choose carefully because an answer only counts if it's correct and included in the game's database. A typo or an answer that doesn't fit the question can leave you with nothing.

Getting the answer right is only part of the job, though. If you type something obvious, you'll probably land in the Plankton category for just 10 points. Finding something less familiar can move you through Too Clever (15), Schooler (30), Rare (60), and Deep Cut (85). The best possible result is One in a Krillion, worth 100 points.

How Far Can Your Knowledge Take You?

The scoring system has a fun little twist: every point represents 10 meters of diving depth. Collect all 700 available points, and you'll reach 7,000 meters. Suddenly, remembering an obscure animal species or an unfamiliar place name feels much more rewarding.

A good habit is to pause before typing and consider alternatives. Don't just name the biggest city, most famous celebrity, or first example you remember. Look for a valid answer that fewer people are likely to choose.

There's Always Another Round

Daily Dive gives you a fresh challenge, but Krillion doesn't stop there. Unlimited and Practice modes let you keep playing; Archive and Themed Packs bring back older puzzles or specific subjects, and Puffer Party offers another way to enjoy the trivia.

Krillion is particularly satisfying when you surprise yourself with an answer you almost didn't remember. Sometimes, the most useful thing you know is something you've never had a reason to mention.
